View Balance & Daily summary of multiple Dealers 

Go to Dealers tab

Click on ‘Daily Orders’ button (green color) for the required dealer from the dealer list

Can view & choose between two buttons 

1. ‘Purchase Orders’ button 

2. ‘Sales Orders’ button 

Click on purchase orders button & navigates to purchase order summary screen 

In Purchase order summary total shows :- 

1. Petrol total 

2. Diesel total 

3. Total product amount 

View and can change start/end date and time 

View select all icon in left side of status to select all purchase orders 

Shows selected orders count & total orders count 

View expand all icon in right side of status to expand all purchase orders 

Can view & filter between purchase order statuses :- 

1. PENDING 

2. PROCESSING 

3. DELIVERED 

4. INVOICED 

View list of all purchase orders 

In purchase order you can view :- 

1. Serial no 

2. Purchase order no. 

3. Date and time 

4. Vehicle no. 

5. Amount 

6. Status icon 

7. Expand/collapse icon 

Click on each order to select purchase orders 

Click on expand icon and view more details, such as :- 

1. Product name 

2. Quantity 

3. Rate 

4. Amount 

5. Multiple line remarks (if available) 

6. Sales order number (if delivered) 

Go to Dealers tab

Click on ‘Daily Orders’ button (green color) for the required dealer from the dealer list

Click on expand icon and view more details, such as :- 

1. Product name 

2. Quantity 

3. Rate 

4. Amount 

5. Driver name & number 

6. Multiple line remarks (if available) 

7. Purchase order number 

Go to Dealers tab

Click on ‘‘A/C Balance’’ button (blue color) for the required dealer from the dealer list

You will be able to view :-

1. list of balance of each dealer (month, debit total, credit total, month-wise balance)

2. Opening Bal

3. Advance Deposits

4. Outstanding Bal

5. Final Balance

You can change and filter year-wise

Click on a particular balance from the list to expand and view :-

1. Voucher type

2. Voucher date

3. Voucher amount (debit/credit)

4. Cumulative balance

On refresh, you can recalculate opening balance and each month’s total

Click on Debit amount and view invoice details modal 

Can change invoice type to excel invoice and detailed invoice 

In modal, Click on 'Email Icon’ to send product invoice 

Click on Credit amount and view voucher details modal 

In modal, Click on 'Email Icon’ to send voucher details 

Go to Dealers tab

Click on ‘‘A/C Balance’’ button (blue color) for the required dealer from the dealer list

Can view excel icon 

1. To export month ledger, select a month and click on excel icon. 

2. To export year ledger, check financial year and unselect months of that financial year.  Then click on excel icon.

In send email bottom sheet, check or change email and click on send button
